What HR processes does Fisqal Human Resources cover?

It covers the full employee lifecycle: employment contracts (CDI, CDD, etc.), absence and leave management, time recording with hour banks, grades and pay groups, recruitment pipeline, onboarding checklists, medical fitness tracking, training and qualifications, remote work policies, alert system, and service animal management.

Does it replace Business Central's standard Employee module?

No — it extends it. The standard BC Employee Card becomes a comprehensive HR profile with additional fields for multiple nationalities, bank accounts, civil status, language proficiencies, residency classification, and a full event timeline. All standard BC employee functionality remains intact.

Can I manage leave and absence approvals?

Yes. Leave requests use Business Central's native approval workflow engine. Employees submit requests, managers approve or reject from their Role Center or mobile device, and balances update automatically. Parental leave, sabbaticals, and custom absence types are all supported.

How does time recording integrate with BC resource planning?

Recorded hours and absences feed directly into BC's resource capacity planning. Project managers see real-time availability without manual updates. Time clock data, work time regimes, break rules, and overtime policies are all configurable.

Is the app available on Microsoft AppSource?
