When Payables Agent Copilot cannot complete a supplier invoice, Fisqal can continue the document with Azure AI Document Intelligence in your own Azure subscription. Microsoft E-Document import then finishes the purchase draft. Setup required; typically a few cents per invoice.
Email retention for open fiscal years
Optionally delete Email Inbox, Sent, and Outbox messages dated before the oldest open fiscal year. That frees Business Central SQL quota taken by Tenant Media. Case files and document attachments are kept.

You review and post. Setup: endpoint plus Isolated Storage key; typical cost is a few cents per invoice.
Does Enhanced Accounting help with Business Central database size from emails?
Yes. You can enable deletion of Email Inbox, Sent, and Outbox messages dated before the start of the oldest fiscal year that still has an open accounting period. Related email files (Tenant Media) are removed. Case files and document attachments are not deleted. Off by default.
