Microsoft Business Central licences are passed through at Microsoft's list price: Essentials €69.3, Premium €95.3 and Team Member €6.9 per user per month.
How pricing works
How your price is built
One price per tenant
Our apps are charged once per Business Central tenant, however many companies and production environments you run.
Size bands, not seat counts
Localization is priced by size band: the higher of your full users and your Luxembourg companies. Team Members never count.
Microsoft at list price
Business Central licences, extra environments and storage are passed through at Microsoft's list price, each on its own line.
AI agents by use
The Payables and Expense Agents use Microsoft Copilot Credits. We estimate them from your invoice and receipt volumes.
Choose your commitment
Prepay 12 months at list price, prepay 3 years for 5% off our apps, or pay monthly with no commitment for 20% more.

Pricing questions
How much does Fisqal cost?
The Fisqal package (Localization for Luxembourg, Enhanced Accounting and Open Banking) starts at €600 per month for up to 5 users or companies, plus Microsoft Business Central licences from €69.3 per user per month. Use the configurator for your exact price.
Are Microsoft licences included?
No. Business Central licences are shown separately and passed through at Microsoft's list price, so a Microsoft price change never hides inside our price.
Why does my number of companies change the price?
Localization work — VAT returns, eCDF and FAIA — grows with each Luxembourg company. Your tier is set by the higher of your full users and your Luxembourg companies.
Do Team Member users cost anything?
Team Members need a Microsoft Team Member licence (€6.9 per user per month) but never count towards our size bands. Chemicals and Metals and Property Management charge a small fee per Team Member.
Is the configurator price binding?
It's an estimate based on our current price list. Send it to us and we confirm it in a formal quote, together with any implementation services.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any month and cost 20% more, because Microsoft also charges more for month-to-month licences. A 3-year prepayment saves 5% on our apps.
