Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

What banks are supported by Fisqal Open Banking?

Major Luxembourg banks connect via MultiLine; additional institutions can be reached through Ponto (Isabel Group). SEPA is standard, with SWIFT for international bank messaging where the bank and setup allow.

What is MultiLine integration?

MultiLine is Luxembourg's widely used standard for business bank communication. Fisqal connects Business Central to MultiLine for payment files and statement retrieval so treasury work stays in one system.

Can I process Payconiq payments in Business Central?

Yes. Fisqal supports Payconiq payment flows so mobile wallet traffic can be initiated and reconciled in BC alongside your other bank and payment types.

Does Open Banking replace my online banking?

No. It complements your bank portal—statements and payments sync to BC while you keep approvals, limits, and master data controls at the bank where required by policy.

Is Open Banking PSD2 compliant?

Yes. The solution uses PSD2-aligned APIs and bank-approved integration paths, which is the European baseline for secure account access and payment initiation with customer consent.
