It covers the full lifecycle of co-ownership administration: managing properties, buildings, and lots; tracking owners and tenants; organizing general assemblies with legal majority rules; allocating charges using millièmes or other keys; managing reserve and work funds; and handling work orders and maintenance.

How does charge allocation work?

Charges are distributed to co-owners based on allocation keys voted at general assemblies. The system supports multiple key types: millièmes (thousandths), units, lot-based, and consumption-based. Charge schedules are automatically calculated from assembly-voted budgets.

Does it handle general assemblies?

Yes — the complete assembly workflow: convocation generation and dispatch, proxy and attendance management, live voting with configurable majority types (simple, absolute, qualified, unanimous), quorum validation, and automated minutes generation with resolution tracking.

Can each co-ownership have its own bank account?

Yes. Each co-ownership can have segregated bank accounts (work fund, reserve fund) managed through Fisqal Open Banking with SEPA payment and direct debit support via MULTILINE.

Is it available on Microsoft AppSource?
